Research
Dr. Lu has more than 270 publications covering from micro-nano-electronics theory and design to materials, processing, devices, integration and packaging, including Si and GaAs devices, GaN LEDs and power devices. His current research interests include large-area assembly of LEDs, power devices, neutron detectors, micro-nano-electronics and sensors, and 3D integration of smart systems.
